I live in Woodcote Valley and my garden raises sharply to the rear. This summer I had built wooden decking (24ft x 12ft) at the 'top' of the garden which is probably four feet higher to the front than the back and I can now see across my neighbours garden due to its raised height . The planning officer has said that it may be possible to add some extra screening to the front of the decking to obscure my view of the neighbours garden etc. I need plans drawn and an application for retrospective planning permission.
