  we have a Charity shop in Lymington High st, where we have put signage up on the exterior, not realizing that we needed Conservation Planning consent to do so, as the building is Grade 11 listed. We have been ordered to apply for the relevant Planning Consent, (and remove the signage that we have had fitted) which involves a Full Planning Application and all that goes with that.. and looking at what information/plans etc they are demanding, it is beyond what i am able to deal with. We are therefore looking for an agent/consultant to deal with the whole application for us.Read more
