Hi There, We are currently purchasing a semi-detached corner bungalow which is a little fix up with a lot of potential. we are looking to do a few things to it but not to sure if it needs planning permission, costs, drawings, etc. etc. we are looking at having the following done: Immediately: 1. We have a corner semi-detached bungalow. we have no back garden the only garden we have is at the front of the house and down the one side (both have road next to it) there is currently a 1 meter brick wall but we are need to extend the height of this to be a full 6ft fence (standard garden height) as we have a medium/large dog and he would need access to the garden to play in, go to the loo, etc. with the current 1 meter fence he will literally just hope over it. We are looking to extend it with wooden panels. Next Few Months: 2. We have a detached single garage that we want to convert into a living space. We also want to connect/join this to the property with an extension of either a solid build or conservatory, etc. Within the year: 3.
