  Old Garage at end of garden would like to have dismantled, removed and a larger 5.5m x 12m open plan timber framed water tight outhouse created with velux windows in ceiling, ceiling lights, windows and doors. Flat canted roof which extends 2m at the front as a rain-shelter prior to entry and decking under this. Roof height made to max height permissible without planning permission required (I think its 3m). This structure would become a place of storage and office area.
