  I have received company shares based on my performance during my working period in the company. I have been keeping the shares since 2011 and every year a portion of the shares have been released between 2011 and 2018. Also I re-invested the dividends and got new shares. My question is do I obliged to pay tax or not? Because in gov.uk there are some links in which it is stated that it is not taxable if you keep them for 5 years or more.
