  The property, in Dilton Marsh, has undergone a 'transfer' of land between previous neighbours. The currently established boundary is agreed by both sides so is not disputed; however the Land Registry entries do not reflect the current boundary line. I am looking for a surveyor to confirm the current boundary line (it is a little overgrown with established hedges but I'm not interested in accuracy to the inch!) and then produce a drawing of the area suitable for submission to the Land Registry.Read more
