  We are looking at having a small, single storey extension on our kitchen at the back. We’ve had a couple of builders round and it looks like it be worth doing. We don’t need any detailed design work or drawings but we do need a calculation of what steel support would be required. The structure we would be supporting is a ‘T’ shape where two walls join. Can provide pictures if it will help. We are in Makeney, DE56 0RX. It is a conservation area. Can you let me know approximately what you would charge for a visit and the calculations?
