I am looking for plans, building reg drawings and structural calculations for the following works: -replacing roof (two dormers instead of the current one per side on the first floor and two new dormers, one front and one rear, at loft level and a velux window at loft level) -changing staircase from a L shape to U shape -moving non load bearing wall, 2.7m wide, to become diagonal wall on first floor -moving door way 0.8m to left of existing location in load bearing wall on first floor -new internal load bearing wall, two storeys tall, 1.7m wide -new non load bearing wall, width 1.7m on ground floor -increasing floor height of one room on ground floor to be in line with rest of house, 1.7x1.7m -new floor joists covering area 1.7x2.6m on first floor -moving front door 0.2m, removing existing concrete canopy and installing a cavity lintel -adding a cavity lintel above bay window (1.5m wide) and new brick end course in front -new soil stack at front of house, covering two storeys -removing two non load bearing walls (1.2m and 0.8m wide) on ground floor -bricking up a small window on ground floor, 0.4x0.4m -bricking up two doorways on ground floor (2m wide) -extending one window downwards to create new doorway, ground floor I have sketches and a clear idea of what I want, I am just not a professional so need them drawn using proper software and the calculations done to check it all works. I have been let down and the architect I had was due to take measurements Wednesday at 10:30 for the plans etc. to be drawn up by end of next week so if you are interested and can fit this timeframe it would be a bonus.Read more
