A couple of months ago I experienced a pain in my knee when I was doing running. I laid off circuit training and slowly eased back in to running wearing knee sleeves. I then fell and sprained my ankle so I have not done anything for 9 weeks. Yesterday I returned to work and did a run and my knee went again. This time it is worse than ever. It hurts when I walk but oddly not straight after getting up and walking. It’s when I’ve walked a few metres and the. This pain starts. The pain is odd, it’s not excruciating it kind of makes me laugh but is enough that I can’t walk properly.
