There is something serious wrong with my back I'm a boxer and when I was in training sparring i slipped a punch and rotated something happend to my back and that was over a month ago I stoped training for a week and a half then I went back training on Monday it wasent sore then I trained Wednesday and it got very sore if not worse and now it's gone in the way when I'm sitting down and go to stand up I can't stand straight for a few minutes I can't run or twist my body it's lower back and I'm 16 would this help and what do u do how much is itRead more
