    Hi there, I am looking to defend myself in light of a complaint I have made to an ayurvedic practitioner in the area, who has left me more in pain through following her advice than I was when I came to her. It is not a simple matter and at the same time it is not a major matter either, but it is out of principle, that I am looking to defend myself. I sent an email, which this way of contacting you does not allow and two texts to give you an idea of my complaint; I went to a practitioner asking for help, I was told this person could help and followed the advice given to help myself recover from a few health conditions I am struggling with. The advice left me more in pain than not. And the communications between us were copious, sometimes not clear and overall difficult to make sense of. At the end, I complained that I did not have faith, not in the person but in the method and I explained, as you will see my version of events. She has ignored me for several days prompting me to follow up- she then said she has decided to refund the total amount- I asked for a 'Fair refund' no more or less. She also said not to contact her again and that I would be hearing from a lawyer. This is totally unreasonable and unfair- to respond in such a way. The claim itself is very minimal £365 but after already spending over £10K trying to get help and still struggling, this small amount is important to me out of principal (no customer should be treated this way, when they are not happy) as well as practicality (Ie I could use any refund towards other care or treatment).
