  I was convicted of common law assault,failing to appear and 5 or 6 breaches of bail I think I was admonished inall but 1. Originally I was tried under the domestic abuse law. The witness gave false evidence and as the Judge said because neither the victim nor I had a good memory he based his judgement on the witnesses testimony which contradicted the original statement the victim had given in her original statement. I am a neuraly divergent person and for this reason Caroline Leckie suggested I not give evidence to my regret. Their is a lot more factual background to this my account.Read more
