  I would like to consult about an unfair dismissal. I worked for a home and my employers first tried to dismiss me using a survey which mentioned other people. When I challenged this I was told then told there was an anonymous caller and a written statement. The surveys were the initial reason for my dismissal, they were then disregarded and was told I had been dismissed on the strength of this anonymous caller and one statement claiming I was a bully. I feel I was targeted because o stood up for the residents I looked after, staff were allowed to shout and disrespect elderly people and when I said it was wrong and disciplined them I labelled as a bully.Read more
