    I have been dismissed from my employer of 15 years for alleged theft amounting to £4,000,which i have not done, only thing i did was not follow correct procedure, dispatching orders, which i have admitted but not theft. I explained to my boss i had a lot going on in my life and agreed i had not made the right descisions, as my son was in jail and my wee grandson has been put on a protection order, and my mental health has suffered due to the stress, but that was brushed aside and more or less ridiculed. I have now had an email stating that they are raising a civil claim in court to reclaim funds to that amount. They also had 2 letters printed out for me to admit and sign that i had taken money to this amount and to agree a payment plan and my wife was to sign it and go guarantor for the funds. I refused to do this and walked out and was dismissed by email & letter. I have never been in this situation and have never had as much as a warning with my employers, but this all came about after an altercation with another employee and then he threatened that this would not end well. Which was when he started to take photos of lines i was sending out with deliveries. I was in the army for 25 years, then straight into this job, and i feel bullied,and victimised and my reputation is in tatters now and i dont know were to turn or what to do, can someone please help, thanksRead more
