Hi, i was charged with fraud by false representation, It happen while i was working(i am a carer) The loss was 40 pounds(i gained 40 pounds) i was at the police station for a statemen and now i got a letter to go to court on 27 octomber, I was removed from work due to the investigation and i stayed home about 4-5 weeks till i found another job The loss was to my client but thr bank gave him the money back, and now the bank lost 40 pounds Rbs bank, in that day night time my client passed away due to healt problems and the person who took over his finances and affairs noticed the tranzaction ....just want to say that i stayed home allmost 5 weeks without any income and i can't afford a solicitor....Can you help me?Read more
