Need to no if can pay a solicitor in installments and take on social services due to breach in breaking confidential information causing argument and stress in a family due to the leaking of information from social services to them but the information was about me and my husband from a file we are allowed to see as it's about us but social services won't discuss it with us but discussed it with family members also calling my husband a really bad name which is apparently on file accused of it yet my husband has not been arrested since his early twenties he's 52 now yet we are being treated like criminals yet they won't tell us what is on file from Warwick we was being assessed for kinship care for my nephew's baby and this is how all this has started due to police check the questions social services asked were asking if he lived in places where he has never lived and asked him why he's got so many names which led him to believe she has either the wrong person or she's not experienced enough this social worker has caused so much stress due to her lack of confidentiality towards us she told my husband she would look into things yet she told my nephew to stay away from us and not to speak to us she's never been clear with us or honest from the start we complained to her manager who basically stands by her so we are now looking for a solicitor to clear my husbands name and mine as I have not been in trouble since my early thirties yet we are not allowed near the baby or my nephewRead more
