I am a single woman, 57 years old. I am currently on ESA and Housing benefit due to severe depression and anxiety. I currently live in a one bedroom flat in Orpington. I am feeling increasingly isolated and alone. I would like to consider sheltered accommodation as I do not need to go into care but I do need somewhere to live with hopefully a communal area and some help with household chores eg. laundry, cleaning etc. It would be nice to be somewhere where there are other people to talk to as I'm feeling very alone.
