  I have some word documents which have a header and footer which I don't want on about 25 pages on each of them but I do want to keep the doc. title (in italics) and the page number at the foot of the page ..... so the header and footer need to be made smaller just to accommodate these two pieces of text. The main text which exists within the h&f needs to be kept and replaced, clear of the h&f and below it so that it's possible to move this text up the document as there are about 25 pages with only a few lines on each at the moment... so I want to condense this and not have the large areas of blank space which currently exist on the 25 pages mentioned. I hope I've explained this well enough, not sure that I have. Please let me know if you are happy with the description of the task. To summarise, the h&f's currently contain a heading which I want to keep but I want to be able to move this heading up the document.
