  Need competitive quote for full scaffolding, front, rear, and one side for end-of-terrace mid-sized Regency property in south Leamington, to be left in place for 7/8 weeks from late April start date (currently flexible). Property has light wells front and rear, and encompasses basement flat, ground, first and second floors, with a loft flat in the roof space. Access from street (unrestricted) and from private rear parking area. Lifts are required at each level to facilitate full redecoration of facade and side, plus all windows and associated carpentry repairs etc.. We will need to carry out an inspection of the roof, with repairs to be decided upon if required. An overhaul of the first floor iron balcony is also scheduled.
