I have suffered lateral elbow pain for a couple of years. My forearm tendons feels tight and always contracted. My anconeus and the area where the tricep meets the elbow always feels tight and contracted. Im looking for dry needling in these areas to find and stop trigger points, I plan on doing other things along with dry needling, such as voodoo band flossing, nerve flossing, stretching, eccentric exercises and messaging. Im hoping tackling this problem from all angles will finally rid me of the problem.Read more

Pain in right shoulder/top of arm... caused by bowling outdoors this season... not experienced it previous years but I know I over did it at the beginning of the season when the going was heavy and was bowling 4/5 days out of 7. Pain has got slightly better when I stopped bowling, but I would like to enjoy indoor bowling this winter, where it is not so strenuous and much lighter.Read more
