  About a year ago we had contract painting done on the house and the painter needed to use a cherry picker. Unfortunately he did not control the vehicle and loosened/ broke 2-3 slates. He then used adhesive to put back replacement slates. Last weekend these replacement slates fell and smashed on the ground outside the backdoor.
