  I am looking to get my roof check to ensure no damage has occurred on the inside of the house as there is evidence of water coming in before i bought the house. It requires a new under sheet, under the tiles put in and then continued behind the gutter to ensure the water doesn't run back up under the tile. I was also like a section of the wood facer filled with wood filler and 2 small rectangle tiles replaces on the front porch and that just checked over to see if its ok.
