  I can confirm that we expect to load the equipment onto 5 or 6 vehicles. The first vehicle is a low bed as per attached photo lorry 1 – size of equipment for shipping is approx. L1050cm x W300cm x H350cm x Nett weight 34000kgs – this item requires convoy exceptional. The other 4 or 5 vehicles are preferably Hi-Line trailers with removable sides and removable / extendable roof (see lorry 2 photo), some of the equipment can be shipped on an open Mega trailer (see lorry 3 photo); hence 2 of the lorries can be Mega’s is this easier to arrange. As discussed in our meeting the equipment will be packed in accordance with QDP171 option A as attached. It is important that the lorries are delivered with tarpaulins (to cover any equipment on open lorries e.g. lorry 1 and the open back Mega’s if used) plus strops, straps, shackles, chains etc. for safe securing of the loads on all lorries.
