  My father is mobile albeit a little unsteady. Can see to all his own personal care. Is a little incontinent and needs reminding about hygiene in this area. Has early signs of dementia. He forgets where he is sometime, is losing the ability to do simple tasks around the house. Loses track with the time of day. Needs help with his appearance sometimes, he forgets to eat/make meals, goes out of the house at inappropriate hours to shop etc. We no longer feel it is in his best interest to remain in his own home.Read more
