My wife recently died and due to covid restrictions I am unable to return to the uk from Australia therefore need assistance to sort a problem with my wife's will. In the will it states for proceeds to be left in trust naming myself Alan Clark and my daughter Anthea Jacobs, unfortunaly the trust was not setup at the time of the will. Enquiries in Australia have informed us they need confirmation the contents will suffice or does UK law require us to be set up as trustees.
