Hello, I have one problem with my laptop HPZboox. It start in a power-on Authentication and doesn't recognize my fingerprints and even password. In the disk NVMe inside have one file is call pass that I need to confirm the password. Could you have any disk NVMe reading? Today at 2PM need to go to the Birmingham airport if you have it is possible to tell the taxi stop in your shop. Thanks for advance. Regards Josep
