We are looking for a solicitor to draw up a General Power of Attorney to allow us to act on behalf of our son who is working abroad. We are UK residents who also have residency in Spain, our son is currently in the process of applying for Spanish residency. We need the General Power of Attorney to allow us to visit the Spanish Consulate in London with his documents. We are aware that we will then have to have this document translated into Spanish and Apositlled. Can you help? Thank you, Kath Ackers
