I have an 88 year old teddy bear. He belonged to my mam. He is approximately 50 cm tall, movable arms and legs and his body is generally in very good condition. He is golden, stuffed with straw and has black leather pads which are in need of slight repair. His main issue is that he has lost a lot of fur from his face and the hessian backing has disintegrated on the right side of his snout exposing the straw inside and the stitching has come away slightly under his chin. He also needs his right ear stitching back properly. He is a beautiful bear, he used to have a growl but he doesn’t anymore. My mam was an only child and Edward was “her brother”. I want to try to preserve him. Please could you give me an approximate quote. Thank you for your time.
