Hi I hope this reaches a good local structural engineer. I recently moved into 161 maxwell avenue G611Hs last month and I am carrying out a full renovation. The work I require is - Load bearing wall knocked down. Drawings. Plus structural work. Also drawings. And structural engineering for a loft conversion. Happy for one or both quotes. I am aware not all architects draw loft conversions. Priority for me is wall between kitchen and dining to be knocked down. I have had one architect look at both jobs. He has quoted me for both of them. A very nice man and I am likely to use him so it's more the structural engineering I am looking for. 10/7/2021. Thank you Andrew Bradley
