We have noticed some cracking of bricks around the base of our double, detached garage and got our insurers to send someone to survey the site. The surveyor does not report subsidence but recommends we consult an arborist to look at one particular tree about 30 feet from the garage and on our property. There are other trees nearby but they are not on our property.
