Strained Rectus femoris, walking football 2 weeks ago, icepack immediately, continued for 3 days regular basis, strapped for any form of movement, brown bruising medially and lateral dead leg tenderness near the site of injury, light stretching, short walks. Still aching, possible inflammation exists with no pain on pressure. Advice on restarting playing.
