I am a foreign individuate, earning about GBP 10,000/- per year as rental income from a house in Salford, Manchester. I am a retired person and this is my only income to support my family. I am looking for an Income Tax advisor/accountant, who can submit my annual tax return to the appropriate body.

Thank you very much for your prompt reply. That offer of GBP 150/- is acceptable to me. By the way, my daughter, Anna Rahman - a Salford resident - represents me related to any issue of my property in Salford.
My query is:
* If I possess more than one property [I am in the process of buying another HMO property] , how do you quote the offer? Will it be together for the two properties, I mean my total rental income, or for the individual property?
