I have a 2015 Mini and I have a report on the screen to say that the handbrake is not on. I have googled it and it says that the switch under the gearstick needs replacing at that this is a common fault. I had my mobile car mechanic in and he connected his device to the car and he says that the gearstick and everything connected to it has to be replaced. Is it possible to change the connector and if so what is the likely cost. Many thanks in advance Colin
