Hi i am looking for a dentist to take myself on as a patient - i am extremely nervous and have not been to dentist for about 10 years due to pain incurred through last dentist. i now have a broken upper molar and a lump has come up in my gum so i need urgent treatment. I would like to pay a monthly dental plan and get my teeth in order.
