I have severe lower back pain for a week now, I have tried pain relief every four hours, deep heat, deep heat pads, I am now wearing a belt for back pain which has eased slightly, GP has given me stronger pain relief but these cause stomach ulcers so another tablet to take to protect the stomach. It hurts if I sit still and rest but I hurts when I move, getting in the car and turning over in bed is agony
