I have been advised to contact you by my optician as I am unable to leave the house, I have had cataract in my left eye for sometime it wasn’t attended to because I have COPD I now have something wrong with my right eye, and are unable to see clearly, I would therefore be obliged if you could possibly arrange an appointment at my home, in order to see if there is anything that can be done I await your reply in anticipation Alan Reynolds.
