• Blissetts, posted on Thursday 12 August 2021 Dear Stewart, we will be happy to estimate for this work but require some questions answered in order to do this. a) How many pages does 27600 words amount to? b) How many pages will be in colour? c) Is there a cover for the publication and is this to be colour and have a laminated finish? d) Would you prefer a paperback soft cover or a stapled booklet e) I presume you will provide us with a print ready pdf for the text and cover? If not then will you require help with the artwork side of things? f) What is the finished size of the booklet? We are always clear that you should only print what you think wil sell + 10% overs. This negates waste and storage costs, so would you like an estimate for a lower quantity also in the knowledge it is quick and easy to provide a reprint?

This depends on the size of the text; at present I have 46 pages at size 14 but the print size can be reduced so that the booklet could be about 36 pages b. None but there are 8 coloured photographs which will be included and two sketch maps c. There will be a cover but it will be printed in black and white with one of the photographs as a coloured centre piece; I will have a laminated finish please. d. A stapled booklet. e. I do not know what a "print-ready pdf" is but I can email you the text together with the two sketch maps and the photographs; I shall require help with the design of the cover and art work for the sketch maps. f. 15x21 cm.
