We are looking for quotes for a 16-seater mini-bus. We are a charity that works with blind and partially sighted people in Merseyside. We would like the inside of the bus to be highly contrasted to help partially sighted people. It would also be preferred if we could have a space for a wheelchair and also a wheelchair lift.
