Previous upstairs leak (now cured) has left an area of boarded ceiling bowed and stained. This piece to be cut out if possible and replaced with fresh board. Ceiling is papered. Would prefer the whole lot taken off and the ceiling painted if the surface is good enough, otherwise repapered. Reason is that the existing paper is now obsolete. Intend to obtain 3 quotes.
