Remove kitchen units and dispose of them, update distribution board. Reposition 8 double sockets. Supply and fit vinyl cushioned flooring (including removing existing skirting boards). Fit new kitchen. Supply and fit new French doors. Resurface floor of balcony. Drop kerb and parking at front of house - block paving including removing front wall and replacing pavement as necessary. Replace soffits / bargeboards / drainpipes. Repaint front of house.
