I have recently had the hot water tank in my airing cupboard removed in order to have a toilet (either proper toilet or saniflow) and a small wash hand basin installed. The area to be built will be around 2 sq. mtrs. I believe the job will require Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical and Plastering skills.
