Removal of ant nest/ant nests. Main nest seems to be behind skirting board in hallway opposite shower cabinet. (That is the place where the squelching sound is emanating from). Ants and swarmers also emerging from cracks in skirting board behind shower cabinet. They seem to be ignoring/avoiding bait traps at present. Suspect them to be carpenter ants as detritus tallies with internet search images.
