Hi I am in rented accommodation and the garage roof is leaking. It appears to be coming from the join between our house and the next door neighbour's garage roof. This is the second leak we have had both coming in from the same side of the roof but in different places. The first leak seemed to have sorted itself and we thought we were OK but now we have a worse leak with deep puddle of water on the floor. The water seems to come in where the joists are and then runs along and drips on the floor. My landlord has asked me to get quotes for the work. I would be grateful if you could come and give me a written estimate for me to give my landlord. Thank you.
