I often change my 'is' for various reasons and then connect the printer etc without much trouble, this time I'm having trouble connecting the printer and have run out of ideas how to connect. It's a HP Officejet 6600 and it was working as usual before changing my 'is', it has a screen that caters for connection etc this screen is telling me it's connected but somewhere between my desktop PC and the printer there has to be something wrong, I've spent hours trying to connect without success I really need some help here as soon as. During the process I've somehow lost the the print icon from the tool bar on my edition of Microsoft works and this has disabled that facility as well, I also have Libre Office and the print facility on this P C it doesn't print from there either. I've some very important mailing to do with a thirty day deadline involved therefore this repair/fix has become very urgent indeed and needs to be as soon as possible or even sooner than that please.
