Wills and Executries My mother Ann Camps died May 2nd 2021. Sarah Halliday and Jennifer Martin resigned as her executors. Caroline Van Rensburg and I are now executors. Sara Halliday holds my Mum's effects (she was visiting Sarah in Freuchie). Sarah has not responded to communiques from the executors for her effects to be returned to her executors: Jewellry,passport/handbag etc. and a letter stating my mother's last wishes. Caroline lives in Dirleton. We would like your advice us on how to retrieve all items being held by Sarah Halliday.
