We are doing a loft extension in our home. This involves strengthening the wooden loft flooring beams. We already have two bedrooms and a bathroom in the loft but are extending the dormers and adding more rooms. We understand from our architect that we need a structural engineer in order to process our application for a Building Warrant. We would like quotes for this.
