Our Project is to have old kitchen cabinets removed, tiling off, coving out, artexed ceiling smoothed over, extra electrical sockets and down lighting (? new electrical consumer unit), cap off gas supply and existing hob, planning to have induction hob, mixed flooring of existing tiles and carpet from Kitchen/Dining area into new extension to all be Amtico wood effect click fitted flooring. New Kitchen cabinets and appliances - all to be Project managed to completion. We have provisionally looked at a Magnet Kitchen with and without installation costings and have a plan available to work from. Our hope is to carry out these works prior to Christmas 2021
