We will shortly be moving to Drefach Felindre and the survey has picked up some possible issues with some roof tiles, downpipe and soak aways and a garage roof which is partially asbestos. We would like to get a quote to review the roof and possibly repair / replace tiles, quote for adding a drain soak away to the down pipe x 3, and remove and replace the garage roof, and possibly install garage doors. We are also looking for someone who can carry out a chemical injection damp proof course in the under-stairs area.
