Closed Guttering on conservatory and main drainage box repairing

The guttering on my conservatory needs repairing or putting right and the main Box guttering between the bungalow wall and the conservatory needs sorting out it seems to be a ledge about 1mtr from the end of the box guttering and moss etc forms and water backs up.
