Closed Car bumper head light area modification

HI, I'm looking for a body specialist to enhance my cars bumper. I want the mark 2 head light area on my premium Rover 75 bumper turned into the mk1 single headlight look. I have pics of my car and the look on another car I want to achieve which has been completed. It would also need respraying on completion too. If your unable to do this, please could anyone point me in the right direction so I can achieve this and drive it forward. Your support would be greatly appreciated.
- 5 years ago My car is the green one. The look I want is on the blue one. The grey bumper was another created but sold some years ago.
